Mt. Pleasant Farms is a working farm and private residence. Access is granted by appointment only, and availability is intentionally limited to preserve the integrity of the land and the experience. All sessions and rentals are only available by pre-scheduling. A deposit will also be required to secure your session date.

All sessions take place in designated outdoor locations. The main residence and indoor barn are not accessible.

Please note that restroom facilities are not available on the premises. Guests should plan accordingly prior to arrival.

Dogs may be welcomed with prior approval only and must remain leashed at all times.

As the farm is home to horses, goats, cattle, and bunnies, anxious or reactive dogs often find the environment overstimulating. For the safety and comfort of all animals and guests, we reserve the right to decline pet attendance.

To maintain a calm and elevated atmosphere, back-to-back client sessions are not permitted.

Photographing multiple clients on the same day must be reserved as a Mini Session Event, which includes structured timing and property coordination.

Weekend sessions are offered at a higher rate due to increased demand and the additional coordination required when hosting within a private residence. Weekday sessions allow for greater flexibility and are priced accordingly.
