Clients may book with their own professional photographer, or privately reserve our in-house photographer for a seamless, full-service experience.

Each reservation offers exclusive access to thoughtfully curated outdoor settings throughout your allotted time.

Kindly note: All packages are outdoor access only. No interior of barn or home interiors.

  • Lower Back Pond (only)  — No Canoe

    Weekday: $125/hr Weekend: $145/hr

    A serene stretch of an open field, back trails with neighboring horse views, and the peaceful back pond. The canoe may be added as an upgrade.

  • Weekdays: $185 | Weekends: $200

    Includes exclusive access to the front OR rear paddocks surrounding the farmhouse. You may select either Enzo (horse) OR the Highland cattle for your session.

    A farm assistant is included for up to 45 minutes to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Front Lawn • Gardens • Areas Near the Main House

    Weekday: $145/hr Weekend: $165/hr


    Classic French-country charm surrounding the main house with curated landscaping, gardens, and tree-lined areas. Includes access to all front grounds extending to the paddock fence line where the animals greet.

    Exterior access only.

    Animal entry is not included in this tier, but is available as an optional enhancement.

  • Full Access + All Animals — 2 Hours

    Weekday: $450 Weekend: $500

    Includes exclusive outdoor access to the full property, all animals, select props and tractors, optional decor elements, and dedicated farm assistance throughout your session.

  • FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

    ‍ ‍SIGNATURE MINI SESSION—

    Weekday: $140/hr Weekend: $160/hr

    Perfect for hosting back-to-back mini sessions within a reserved time block of up to 3 hours. Sessions beyond 3 hours are available for an additional hourly fee.
